We are delighted to introduce our promising young stallion, “Kingwood After Dark Don Juan” – an exceptional colt with immense potential.
Outstanding Pedigree
His sire, OAK Bay Salsa After Dark, is a striking black stallion with a truly world-class pedigree. As a son of the multiple Grand and Supreme Champion, and WORLD CHAMPION GET OF SIRE OAK BAY SALSAMIO, he is one of the most successful sires worldwide. After Dark himself became WORLD CHAMPION in 2013 and WORLD GRAND CHAMPION Junior Stallions in 2013.
He impresses with a beautiful head, elegant neck, upright carriage, and a compact, well-proportioned body. His offspring are known internationally for refinement, strong hindquarters, short backs, and elegance. Many of his sons and daughters have become Multiple Grand and Supreme Champions.
Don Juan’s dam is Bombshell (“Bobbie”)
Bobbie is a highly refined, elegant mare from one of the most prestigious bloodlines. She descends from multiple WORLD and NATIONAL GRAND CHAMPIONS. Her maternal sire, By Prince, is famous for refinement and long, beautifully arched necks. Bobbie’s dam herself was an almost unbeatable show mare, winning numerous Grand, Supreme, and NATIONAL GRAND CHAMPION titles.
Bobbie’s sire is a son of the legendary Billy Idol, a proven combination with Nighthawk that has produced many world-class Miniature Horses. Bobbie herself confirmed this extraordinary heritage, consistently winning Reserve Grand Champion as a yearling and ending her first show season as WORLD GRAND CHAMPION HONOR ROLL and ICAMH Halter Horse of the Year 2018.

Don Juan embodies all these outstanding qualities. We acquired him as a foal in Belgium with the clear goal of raising him carefully and preparing him as a future breeding stallion.
Our aim is to integrate Don Juan’s Silver gene and his highly valuable, internationally proven genetics into our breeding program. He stands for elegance, expression, refinement, and modern type.
