Jamaika
Selle Francaismare | brownborn 2019 | height 170 cmv. For Pleasure x Diamant de Semilly in foal to Cornet Obolensky
Jamaika unites the international elite of two stallions of the century: For Pleasure and Diamant de Semilly.
She is endowed with scope, quality, and an exceptionally powerful performance pedigree.
From the very beginning, Jamaika impressed with outstanding presence and quality, standing in no way behind her proven sport sister Illimitee. Her full brother For Future was licensed in Germany in 2024, further confirming the exceptional quality of this rare and highly valuable cross.
After the tragic loss of her dam, Eminencia Semilly—sister to eight international S-level horses—who passed away during foaling, we made the conscious decision not to bring Jamaika into sport. Instead, she was bred in the same year to ensure the preservation of this extraordinary dam line.
We are therefore even more grateful and delighted that Jamaika successfully delivered a beautiful and healthy filly.
- 2023 Rising Sun – filly by Casall
- 2025 Zara – filly by Zirocco Blue
Currently in foal to Cornet Obolensky.

(Diamant de Semilly × Jus de Pomme)
Her sire Diamant de Semilly is a World and French Champion and was the leading stallion in France for many years, ranking World No. 1 in 2015 and 2016.
The second dam, Queen van Berkenbroek, produced numerous international top-level performers, including:

- Una van Berkenbroek – CSIO***** 1.60 m
- Warrior van het Dingeshof – CSI*** 1.60 m

- Ushuaia de l’Abbaye – 1.40 m
Jus de Pomme, Olympic Champion, is a true breeding rarity due to the limited number of offspring—who nevertheless achieved extraordinary success at the highest level.
Jamaika combines elite sport genetics, an exceptional dam line, and proven breeding power.
With a licensed full brother and a successful sport sister, she represents a highly valuable young broodmare prospect for international show jumping breeding at the very highest level.
