Sandokana is the full sister to the 2013 Bundeschampion SANDOKAN!
Remarkably, Sandokana’s pedigree includes three Bundeschampions.
Her sire, STAKKATO, not only dominated the FN breeding value rankings for show jumping from 2001–2012 and was German Champion in Show Jumping for Women in 2003 and 2010, but he was also Bundeschampion in Warendorf in 1998.
Her damsire, LANDOR S, following his phenomenal Bundeschampionship victory in 1997, achieved multiple S-level wins and was ranked the world’s best Oldenburg show jumping sire in 2010, 2011, and 2012. He is also the sire of the bronze medal winner at the 2012 Olympics.
This combination produced Sandokana’s full brother, SANDOKAN, who set new records at the 2013 Bundeschampionat in Warendorf: he received 9.5 twice in the qualifiers and 9.5 and 9.7 in the final – unprecedented scores! At his 2012 stallion performance test, he earned the maximum score of 10 for jumping ability.
Sandokana descends from the renowned “Norm” mare line, one of the most successful lines for international sport horses. From this line, 23 licensed stallions have already emerged, including top athletes such as Firth of Lorne, Kashmir van Shuttershof, Qualito, Check In, and many more.
