Stona
Hannoveraner mare | blackborn 2010 | height 1,75mv. Stakkato x Graf Grannus in foal to J Nius VV
Stona is an impressive, large-framed bay mare, perfectly combining quality and athleticism.
As the sister of Lotta, who competed internationally up to 1.50 m in the USA, she brings top sporting genetics and represents a long-proven performance mare line.
Her half-sister Lare is the dam of Bundeschampion and licensed stallion Sandokan. Stona herself descends from the highly successful Norm mare line, from which our mares Sandokana and Amazing Amy also originate.
Stona produces reliable amateur horses that give their riders confidence and joy. She is the dam of Idefix K, who consistently delivers strong rounds in amateur competition and stands out for his rideability and reliability, as well as his brother Cooper, who brings daily pleasure to his owner.
Stona stands for tradition and reliability.
Her sire – Stakkato: A legend in show jumping breeding!
STAKKATO not only dominated the FN breeding value rankings for show jumping from 2001–2012 and was German Champion in Show Jumping for Women in 2003 and 2010, but he was also the Bundeschampion in Warendorf in 1998.
In 2007, this exceptional sire was named Hanoverian Stallion of the Year – deservedly so, as countless sport-successful offspring descend from Stakkato.
Even as a damsire, Stakkato has been highly successful; for example, the State Premium mare Sensation produced the Celle stallion Perigueux.
