Ultima Van De Wittert Z – Daughter of Utamaro d’Ecaussines Z
A daughter of Utamaro d’Ecaussines Z out of a high-performing mare line going back four generations.
We simply had to have her. With her striking blue eyes, she was literally the center of attention at the Zangersheide auction.
But her exceptional appearance was just the icing on the cake. What truly impressed us was her correct conformation, confident demeanor, and of course her top-class, performance-oriented pedigree.
Sire – Utamaro d’Ecaussines Z
Her sire, the striking Utamaro d’Ecaussines Z, was among the world’s most successful show jumping stallions for years. He achieved victories in Grand Prix, World Cup, and Nations Cup competitions and represented at the World Equestrian Games in Normandy and Tryon, as well as the European Championships in Aachen and Gothenburg. The highlight of his career was winning the World Cup in London.
His first offspring appeared in 2022, already demonstrating the intelligence, suppleness, balance, and exceptional character that defined their sire.
Dam Line – Gitano van Berkenbroeck and Beyond
Her dam-sire, Gitano van Berkenbroeck, exhibited unlimited scope and exceptional talent at the highest level. From Aachen to the Nations Cup Finals in Barcelona, Dublin, and Calgary, he consistently impressed with his jumping ability. In breeding, he reliably passes on his outstanding scope to his progeny.
Ultima’s sister is already competing at international 1.60 m level.
Her granddam competed internationally up to 1.55 m and is a half-sister to the highly successful Hildalgo VG (Daniel Deusser), winner and placings at 1.55–1.60 m level.
The third dam produced five internationally successful S-level horses up to 1.55 m, including a licensed stallion. One generation further back, there are two international competitors up to 1.45 m.
